After knowing a certain lady via chats, video chats, letters, cards, and phone calls over a period of 13 years, should I take the next step and send her the money that she will need to get her passport so that I can start getting cash together for her ticket and just pay for her whole trip? This would allow her to have her own spending money while she's here should she decide she REALLY wants to come for a visit.
